| GENERAL QUESTIONS |

All of the Personal Touch art backgrounds are 8.5x11 inches in size. You can however easily create smaller gifts using the Gifts on Art software, and then trimming your art background to size after printing. |

The Personal Touch line of personalized gifts will provide you with appropriate gifts for selling throughout the year for every possible occasion. There are however peak seasons that you will experience increased sales for holidays such as Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Graduation, and throughout spring and summer for wedding and anniversary gifts. |

We recommend using Laser printers for a number of reasons including print quality, cost, size, portability and paper compatibility. As you will not be printing the actual art backgrounds (only the text), all that is required is a monochrome (black toner) laser printer. HP LaserJet printers are generally very reliable. A current model as of April 2008: HP LaserJet P1006. Some customers have reported success with Brother laser printers which are the low cost leaders. HP LaserJet 2605 is a color laser printer. Note: Color lasers are larger and heavier.

1 license allows you to install the software on 1 computer, 2 licenses on 2 computers. Most customers prefer to install the software on a home computer and a traveling computer. |

We also recommend showing your customer sample gifts as well as using the PT Art book and Poetry Books as sales tools to allow your customer to select their gift.

Here is an overview of a typical sale:
- Your customer selects any art-background from your "Master Art Book" or Art Brochure.
- Your customer provides you with their first name, or selects a poem from your "Master Poetry Book"
- Your customer decides how they would like to personalize their gift - For example "Dear Mom" for an opening, and "I love you very much" as a closing.
- Now you take over using the Personal Touch - Gifts on Art Software:
- Select your customer`s chosen art background, and it will then display on your computer.
- Select your customer`s chosen poem or first name, and it will then display right on top of the art-background ready for you to personalize it.
- Personalize the poem or name gift for your customer.
- Insert the "specialty art background" into your printer and press the PRINT button.
Your Personalized Gifts-on-Art gift is now complete and ready for framing or can be inserted into a host of other personalize-able gift items! |

The Gifts on Art software provides a cut-line tool that will allow you to easily create smaller gifts. After you print the text and cut-line on the art background, you can trim along the cut-line with a scissor or paper cutter to create your perfectly sized smaller gift. |

Yes, you can print in color. You can also print small photos in color. It is important to understand that you will be only be printing the text and photos on top of pre-printed Personal Touch art backgrounds. You will not actually be printing the art backgrounds themselves. |
